It was great opportunity to read this book. It is as interesting for real estate professionals, as for just book-readers. The author gives an insight into real estate situation and city planning perspectives in New York. This book represents activities of 1980ies, but actually I think most of the problems are actual for all times, especially looking at Riga, capital of Latvia. I don't know very well about situation in New York now, but it could be that no main situation of city government has changed. You can correct me, if it different.
